    ROLEAND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Qualify & Follow prospective leads with new clients
    2. Developingnew industry segments & geographies
    3. Develop and execute strategies based on a consultativeproblemsolving approach
    4. Carry all the stakeholders to understand the client its needs painareas & all aspects of business opportunities
    5. Curatecustomized problem based solutions for clients of diverse industrysegment
    6. Deliberatethe solution commercial alignment and ensure PSIPL has the firstright of refusal from the clients at alltimes
    7. Formulatetransition plans & ensure seamless execution of the sameinvolving all stake holders
    8. Feedmarket insights to the management & all internalstakeholders
    9. Contribute to augment & develop new solutions for IFM& New Technology initiatives
    10. Createmore champions & take up new challenges/ bigger roles
    11. Effective& structured lead management
    12. Lead the endtoend development of highquality and tailored proposalsin response toRFPs.
    13. Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities andclient needs to enhance proposalcompetitiveness.
    14. Maintain a comprehensive database of RFPs proposals and outcomes.
    15. Adhereto company s SOPs & compliances at alltimes


    Requirements

    MinimumExp.Required:Proven experience insales/BD

    Objective:
    Playsa crucial role in the business development and proposalprocess.
    Involves creating growth opportunities through various means suchas partnerships market expansion customer acquisition and strategicplanning.
    This position involves coordinating and responding to Requests forProposals ensuring timely and accurate submissions andcollaborating with crossfunctional teams to create compellingproposals that meet client requirements.
