    Job Overview :


    As the Performance Management & Analytics Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of performance management frameworks and data analytics strategies to drive organizational success.

    You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key performance metrics and insights to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

    Your expertise in performance management methodologies, analytics tools, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in aligning performance goals, driving operational excellence, and optimizing business outcomes .


    Key Responsibilities:

    Performance Management Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    Design and implement performance management frameworks, including performance metrics, targets, and KPIs across departments and functions.
    Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and communicate performance expectations, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
    Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by establishing performance review processes and feedback mechanisms.


    Data Analytics and Insights:
    Establish data analytics capabilities and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data.
    Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate performance trends, patterns, and insights.
    Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational efficiencies.
    Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams based on performance analytics.


    Performance Reporting and Communication:
    Develop and implement performance reporting mechanisms, including regular performance reviews, scorecards, and executive summaries.
    Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather and consolidate performance data from different sources.
    Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
    Collaborate with communication teams to ensure effective communication of performance results and goals throughout the organization.


    Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives based on performance insights.
    Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive problem-solving and process optimization efforts.
    Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with performance goals and objectives.
    Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.


    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to align performance goals with strategic objectives.
    Facilitate performance discussions and goal-setting sessions to ensure clarity and alignment across the organization.
    Engage and educate employees at all levels on performance management practices and their impact on individual and organizational success.
    Foster a culture of performance excellence and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.


    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
    5+ yrs of Proven experience in performance management, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
    Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
    Proficiency in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel).
    Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting techniques, and performance metrics.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    Strategic mindset with the ability to align performance goals with organizational objectives.
    Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, is a plus.
    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
