As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts.

    Position Overview:

    As a Marketing Specialist at myPaisaa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and reaching our target audience effectively. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Google, SEO, social media platforms, and YouTube. We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for fintech and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Manage and optimize Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to meet performance goals and ROI targets.
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic through SEO.
    • Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
    • Produce and optimize video content for YouTube to educate and engage our audience.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing activities.
    • Coordinate for the execution of the Offline marketing and activation activities.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, fintech industry developments, and emerging technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Marketing or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook and Google advertising, SEO, social media management, and content creation.
    • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
