Our IT Department in Chennai (India) is looking for a

Executive IT

Your Responsibilities:

To set up, monitor, support the smooth running of all IT
Hardware equipment, software and network devices necessary to run the business.
To take corrective actions necessary to fix problems that affect the information system in order to ensure smooth running of business in the organization.
To give feedback about root causes of problems affecting the company Information System and Infrastructure in order to take preventive measures against the reoccurrence.
To enforce and implement global IT standard and/or policy related to IT Infrastructure services;
To ensure that all computerization activities is running smoothly and trouble shoot day to day problems
All printer check with monitoring
Managing day to day Internet / Intranet problems
Implement Antivirus package for all Users with regular updating to protect systems from Virus threats.
Maintenance of Production related H/Ws (Plotter, Pattern Cutter, SNAP 700, Zebra Printers, CNC Cutter System Image, Wage Coupon Scanner, etc.) (Training will be inhouse)
Setup, maintain Server, desktops, laptops and printers environment according to global standards.
New system Desktops & Laptops installation and OS/SW installation
Cocoordinating with third party vendor for support.
Installation and maintenance of mail ids.
Remote Support for out locations (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Tiruppur, Hyderabad, etc.)
Installation & maintenance of Production related H/Ws
Plotter
Pattern Cutter
Avery Printer
Zebra Printers
Wage Coupon Scanner
All printer check with monitoring
Network Troubleshooting.
Managing day to day Internet / Intranet problems

Access Point wireless monitoring.
Monitoring of WAN (Solarwinds)
New Inventory Stickers to be fixed in Assets with Finance Team
Antivirus monitoring & updating.
RF Scanner Maintaining and Troubleshooting.
Projector arrangement for Meetings.
VoIP monitoring.
Backup/Restore Monitoring and Troubleshooting.

Your ideal profile:

2 years of experience in IT Hardware support
Knowledge of production printers
Experience in Manufacturing industry
Fluent English & Tamil added advantage.
