- Service Vendor Contract management.
- To ensure proper food distribution in terms of quantity, quality & services.
- Periodical audit of canteen to ensure the safe & hygiene of food supply.
- To ensure proper transportation of vehicles fleet in order to ensure staff transportation from workplace to their homes and to gather the staff in morning from home to workplace safely with respect of time and route optimization.
- Organizing monthly maintenance checks on vehicles, driver meetings, route representative meeting and conducting alcohol breath analyzer check on drivers in morning and evening on daily basis.
- To ensure compliance of Transport department with code of conduct of Triumph International & legal.
- Periodical route checks to ensure the Kilo meters
- To assist the team in travel desk and hotel stay management.
- To support FLC/HR for SMOs hiring through vehicle occupancy report and day-to-day activities.
- Yearly Contract/Agreement arrangements and ensure on-time payment for contractors.
- Production OT transport arrangements & snacks arrangements.
- Daily vehicle head count attendance to ensure transport utilizations. VISA arrangements for TII employees & Group companies
- Global visitors Invitation, local transport & hospitalization.
- Foreign Currency arrangements for TII & HK Triumph Tirupur team.
- 5-10 years of experience in Transport canteen & Security management
- Knowledge of excel Team handling.
