Event Coordinator - Colva, India - The Baywatch Resort, Goa
Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their event needs and goals
- Develop event proposals and budgets
- Secure venues and book vendors
- Manage event logistics, including transportation, catering, and staffing
- Promote events and generate excitement among attendees
- Execute events on time and within budget
- Manage event risks and ensure the safety of attendees
- Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in event planning and management
- Strong understanding of event planning principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
