    Description

    Attesa Coffee isa startup specialty green coffee sourcing anddistribution company headquartered in AmsterdamNetherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bringour customers (specialty coffee roasters) highquality coffeessafely on time and consistently using efficient digital frameworks.We believe in traceability through the chain and are highlycommitted to transparency towards all ourstakeholders.

    We are looking for aAccounting Assistant based in Mumbaiwho would take the lead on managing various activities related toAttesa Coffees financialoperations.

    Tasks

    • Createpurchase / sales related transaction documents such as POs Invoiceson zoho books (our internal ERPsoftware)
    • Assist tax team / tax agencies inpreparation of monthly / quarterly tax filings by facilitatingtransaction documents and preparing overviewreports
    • Monitor and report client payments inzoho books; send clients invoice overduenotices
    • Assist in preparing customer purchasecontracts based on standard templates
    • Report /inform management on past due invoices / bills of suppliers andother vendors
    • Assist in preparing of monthlyofferlists / pricelists and updating these on companywebsite
    • Review employees monthly corporatespending and request clarification whenrequired
    • Assist in improving templates / formsof transaction documents such as POsInvoices

    Requirements

    • Bachelors/ masters degree in finance / accounting relatedfield
    • 23 years experience in financialreporting / controlling / analysisfield
    • Understanding of transaction documentssuch as POs SOs Invoices
    • Ability to work onMicrosoft Excel / Google Sheets
    • Ability /preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurialenvironment
    • Strong communication skills inEnglish
    • Experience in zoho books or any similarsoftware is nice tohave
