    Description

    Role Short Summary:


    As an Offshore Production Support Engineer, you'll manage Azure Kubernetes setups with Terraform, oversee PostgreSQL/SQL Server databases, and implement Dynatrace monitoring.

    You'll support CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, collaborate on Azure infrastructure, and swiftly address issues with strong RCA skills, ensuring smooth operations and system reliability.


    Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    As an Offshore Production Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    Setting up and managing Azure Kubernetes environments using Terraform.
    Configuring and maintaining PostgreSQL or SQL Server databases.
    Implementing Dynatrace monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications.

    Understanding CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins for automated build, test, and deployment processes and support teams to have smooth migration to higher environments.

    Collaborating with the team for infrastructure setup and management on Azure.
    Making informed decisions and swiftly solving problems with good RCA skills to ensure smooth operations.
    Troubleshooting issues related to Azure services, Kubernetes, and other infrastructure components.


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
    4-6 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

    Must-Have Skills:
    Proficiency in Azure Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL (preferred) or SQL Server, Dynatrace, and CI/CD on Jenkins.
    Experience in setting up infrastructure on Azure and making data-driven decisions.
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

    Good-to-Have Skills:
    Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and Docker for additional development and deployment tasks.
