    Description

    Job Purpose:

    Join the Billing Operations team in our Financial Shared Services Centre to ensure the timely completion of customer invoice processing, invoice generation and sending, as well as handling customer billing queries and resolutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders like sales, finance, and accounting teams to guarantee accurate booking of revenue and costs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and issue accurate customer invoices, validating pricing and taxes.
    • Proactively monitor and track all sales orders and goods/service receipts across multiple countries and issue timely and precise customer invoices.
    • Monitor and issue credit notes for returns, RMA, and vendor rebates.
    • Handle manual adjustments by issuing debit notes for manual corrections.
    • Analyze and resolve customer discrepancies with SO/PO teams, including root cause analysis.
    • Collaborate with the order team to process outstanding orders and clear backlogs.
    • Follow up with credit and collection teams to remove order blocks hindering billing activities.
    • Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc audits, maintaining accurate records.
    • Assist in month-end close reporting, reconciliation, and clearing duties.
    • Ensure accurate completion of all billing activities by month-end.
    • Take ownership of the billing process and actively contribute to process improvement projects.
    • Maintain proper documentation of the billing process.
    • Handle other ad hoc duties in the billing team as assigned by the manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    • 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience required.
    • Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting highly preferred.
    • Proficient in using common office equipment.
    • Skilled in complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
    • Detail-oriented and efficient in attending to important details.
    • Clear and effective communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Adaptable to change and able to work under pressure.
    • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong at building effective working relationships.
    • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technology.

    Working Conditions:

    May involve shift work based on business needs.

    On-call availability required as needed.

    Professional office environment.
