    Description

    Our Client is a leadingservice provider of digital and network services to the telecom andmedia industries.

    Responsibilities

    Drive preparation of annualoperating plan budget forecasts and actuals for business units andorganization.

    Providing analytical support tobusiness teams by helping to understand P&L balance sheetand cash flow from a business perspective and impact offinancial/operational decisions on the group.

    Running all analytics on financials and parameters dashboardcreation for board and senior management to create visibility onperformance vs targets.

    Pricing and commercialproposal modelling for new business opportunities based on detailedinteractions with sales & delivery teams.

    Detailed review of all deals & deep analysis ofactuals vs the initial bids/proposal.

    Periodical review/updation of grid salary costs assumed forproposals made for new business opportunities.

    Interacting with function units/business units explaining thevariances monthly sorting out the queries and ensuring forecastingaccuracy.

    Partnering with Finance &Business teams to execute improvement points to bring efficiencyand control over process and cost parameters. Track and highlightappropriate performance measures key performance indicators andassociated drivers.

    Validation and accuracy ofmonthly cost /provision across line items.

    CashForecasting and DSO control.

    Supportimplementation and upgrade of ERP software as required.

    Coordination across functions including Sales TeamProject Management Finance global delivery heads.

    Qualifications

    CA Inter or Final ismandatory.
