    Job Responsibilities

    Our Infosec team ensures that our company's strategic growth is securely enabled. We deliver innovative solutions for our customers who demand the highest standards. This can only be achieved if we meet and exceed both the security and regulatory standards mandated by our customers. You would be working closely with our IT, Delivery and Product teams and contribute in the following areas:

    We are seeking a candidate who as part of our Information Security Team would work on various with our various Delivery Portfolios to ensure compliance requirements have been met and identify opportunities for improvement. We also encourage opportunities to take initiatives, innovate and grow in other areas of Infosec also. Some key areas where you would be contributing to

    Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies tailored to the unique challenges of our service organization. This would involve active cross functional teams to integrate security measures into service delivery processes.

    Customer Delivery Compliance: Act as a security consultant for clients, understanding their unique security needs and aligning with compliance requirements.

    Incident Response Leadership: Lead and coordinate incident response activities, ensuring a swift and effective response in bringing security incidents to closure.

    Governance and Compliance: Oversee development and enforce of information security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.

    Monitor and assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments specific to our service offerings, identifying and prioritizing information security risks. Work closely with service delivery teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.

    Some of the other responsibilities integral to your role would include:

    • Leading focused compliance initiatives like GDPR, DPDP etc.
    • Prepare monthly reports and indicators including consumption costs.
    • Assist Sales and Marketing teams with Request for Proposals

    Please note that the role will require liaising with US customers during their time zone occasionally hence flexibility in work timings is a must.

    Required Qualifications

    A degree in engineering or computer science related area with up to 4 years of experience of which 2 years should have demonstrated experience in Cybersecurity and DevSec Ops as well as experience in three or more of the following domains:

    • Data Protection
    • Privacy
    • Identity and Access Management
    • Threat Management
    • Vulnerability Assessment

    In addition to relevant experience, you would also have gained different security certifications relating to ISO27001 or NIST etc from a credible security institution. Security Certifications like CISM, CISSP would be an added advantage.
