    More details are available at In 2014, RTI International established RTI International India (RTI India), wholly owned subsidiary, as a testament to the strategic importance that India holds with regards to the global development agenda.

    We are looking for a Human Resources Intern who will will be part of recruitment and operations.

    The role of HR Intern will range from contacting and interviewing candidates to preparing documentation for our stakeholders and reporting on ongoing business.

    They will prepare reports, and help in the smooth running of operations.

    Scope of Responsibilities:
    Sourcing for open positions on LinkedInPre-screening of applications on relevant channelsScheduling interviewsManaging applicant databasePreparing recruitment trackersAssisting in operational tasksFacilitating documentation and internal communicationAssisting with office administration

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors/Masters Degree, preferably in HR or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong interest in recruitmentStrong administrative and document management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationWillingness to learnAbility to multitask and work under deadlinesEnthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
