- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin. functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to HR & Admin. Head
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

What you will be doing
As Asst. Manager - HR & Admin, will be part of the HR and Administration team based in Delhi and will be responsible for supporting the department in the conduct of day-to-day operations.

Essential background experience / knowledge and technical skills required for the role:
• Post-Graduation in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in consulting / advisory firm(s) with roles and responsibilities in HR and Administration
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex information.
• Verbal and Written fluency in English
Desirable skills required for the role:
• Collaborative team player, with the ability to work on their own initiative as required
