    • Market Expansion andProduct Activation Identifying and activating new markets segmentsand product opportunities to expand the brandspresence.
    • Initiative Planning and CampaignExecution Planning and executing marketing initiatives andcampaigns to enhance brand visibility stimulate demand and drivecustomer engagement and loyalty.
    • MarketAnalysis and Competitive Intelligence Conducting thorough marketanalysis and competitor research to identify opportunities andareas for differentiation informing strategic decisionmaking andmarket positioning.
    • Distribution ChannelOptimization Developing and implementing strategies to optimize thedistribution channel including partnering with key retailers anddistributors.
    • Packaging Innovation and BrandSupport Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to innovatepackaging designs and providing market support to enhance brandvisibility and appeal.
    • Customer Insights andRetention Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and insights tounderstand preferences and enhance customer satisfaction andretention.

    Qualifications:
    • Relevantexperience in Product/category/brand management of 3 to 6 years ateCommerce or digitally driven brands
    • Ability tothink strategically and analytically leveraging data and insightsto develop actionable plans and drive businessgrowth.
    • Demonstrated initiative andaccountability in driving projects forward with minimalsupervision.
    • Proficiency in formulatinghypotheses conducting experiments and iterating strategies based onfeedback and results.
    • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills ability to collaborateeffectively.
    • Ability to adapt quickly tochanging market dynamics and challenges maintainingfocus
