    Description

    JD forResponsibilities:

    Origination and execution of end to end ECM PrivateEquity and M&A deals i.e. understanding the businessrequirements financial ability and

    objectivesand use market and technical knowledge to identify and articulateinvestment opportunities.

    Map new markets ofpotential interest and identify potentially attractive investmentopportunities within those markets to support businessgrowth.

    Maintain excellent knowledge of theexternal environment market trends investment opportunities andprovide a thorough analysis and explanation (credit

    ratings shareholdervalue etc.) on the best investmentsolutions to the Operating Partner.

    Makingeffective high pitch presentation to Companies

    Business development for target sectors / clients across public andprivate market deals.

    Identifying opportunitiesin the market.

    Building relationships with keyplayers and decision makers in the sector.

    Tracking key developments in the BFSI / Consumersegment/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Fintech/Tech

    Interaction with Research / IBD Product / Sales teams to ensuresmooth execution of transactions.

    Networkingwith industry bodies and corporate at appropriate level.

    Qualification:

    Preferred MBA/CA

    Strong industryclient relationships and relationships with Private EquityFunds.

    Experience in sector coverage andorigination

    At least 8 years of experience ininvestment banking space.

    KeyAreas:

    Financial and Analyticalskills.

    Organize work manage multiple projectscoordinate with different people and meet deadlines.

    Attention to detail and process discipline.

    Drive things for a successful closure.

    Ability to listen learn and understand.

    Positive attitude and bias foraction.
