Coordinate the movement of freight, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
Track and trace shipments to provide realtime updates to clients and address any issues that may arise.
Evaluate carrier performance and maintain a database of reliable and trusted carriers.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide proactive and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role.
Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, including regulations, equipment, and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using freight management software and tools.
