    RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking e-Learning Developer for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Works closely with Instructional Designer, eLearning Developers, Creative Leads, and Graphic Designers to create engaging eLearning courses.
    • Uses solid tool knowledge to bring together video clips, text, images, vector graphics, and audio to effectively serve clients' needs.
    • Partner with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to influence design decisions across teams, mentor other developers, and build high quality content, tools, and templates in a rapid content development environment.
    • Do needs analyses, gather information and communicate effectively to the project management teams
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other applications to create graphics, animation, audio, video, etc. multimedia elements
    • Knowledge of publishing eLearning courses in different formats like SCORM and xAPI on various Learning platforms.
    • Familiar with course tracking and report creation methods on different LMS systems
    • Experience creating application demos and simulations using Captivate, Camtasia, Storyline, and other authoring tools
    • Experience integrating micro-learning, scenario-based learning and gamification
    • Develop supporting graphics/media assets to bring storyboarding concepts to life
    • Communicate vision/concepts via sketching, storyboarding, and pitching
    • Collaborate with team members/ creative leads to provide input and recommendations for concepts, storyboards, and videos
    • Conducts Quality Assurance testing
    • Provides Technical Support
    • Capable of working on tight deadlines
    • Capacity to work alone or a group of designers to meet the demands of the client
    • To maintain a structured, well-organized work-flow facilitating a smooth handover of files to colleagues in the next shift

    Requirements for this role include:

    • Any Bachelor's Degree, Diploma.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to take the initiative and work independently as required
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proven experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
    • Graphic Design experience a plus
    • Willingness to work in Shifts which includes night shift
