- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for practicing teachers.
- Employ a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, demonstrations, interactive activities, and role-playing, to engage participants and promote active learning.
- Provide training and support to teachers on the effective use of educational technology tools, digital resources, and online platforms to enhance teaching and learning in the classroom.
- Demonstrate best practices for integrating technology into instructional practices and curriculum design to promote student engagement and achievement.
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the impact on teacher practice and student learning.
- Collect and analyze data on training outcomes, participant feedback, and performance indicators to inform program improvement and future training initiatives.
- Modify training content and delivery methods based on evaluation results and stakeholder feedback to enhance training effectiveness and relevance.
- Qualification – B.Ed., mandatory; Ph.D. Degree preferred; Must have done ECCE/NTT Teaching certification or licensure with relevant teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Primary segment.
- Having at least years' experience in Education [Pre-Primary], especially handling pre-primary Academics.
- Should possess the Trainer Competency.
- Must have CPD Knowledge.
- CBSE Training Certification is required.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating professional development programs for teachers.
- Strong knowledge of pedagogical theories, instructional strategies, and best practices in teaching and learning.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire adult learners.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools, learning management systems, and digital resources for teaching and learning.
