    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining telecommunications systems, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contacting leads via telephone to convert them into active clients.
    • Maintaining a high level of service by following up on leads and resolving any issues that arise during the sales process.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in telecommunications, with strong skills in telecommunications systems.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and handling customer inquiries.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field preferred.
