- When a Critical Issue is reported or if the application becomes offline, Incident call to be initiated and should be on with intended teams, solution is provided and until issue stands fixed, this also includes on providing production fixes and Technical Work around
- Expected to work on Shifts (APAC, UK) on rotation.
- To coordinate the Production deployment of the applications scheduled or in Emergency.
- To support CSI (Continuous Service improvements) and CPI (Continuous Process Improvement).
- 8+ years or more of professional experience in providing production support for a financial firm, Payments domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
- 8+ years or more of experience with the following Technologies; C#, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, .Net/Java, Rest APIs, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, messaging queues, workflow engines, caching technologies, Azure, CI/CD, microservices.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming is required.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Demonstrated ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to remain flexible during times of change and react to project adjustments and alterations promptly, efficiently and positively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Ability to influence colleagues and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
