    Job Title: Senior Consultant - ServiceNow Development

    Career Level - D2

    Introduction to Role:
    Join us as a ServiceNow Developer at AstraZeneca's Core IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements. We are looking for someone with extensive experience and an enthusiasm for delivering top-notch software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities following the best practices and AstraZeneca standards.

    Accountabilities:
    - Leading the development and customization of ServiceNow modules and applications following best practices.
    - Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
    - Assisting in solving technical issues.
    - Creating and maintaining comprehensive user documentation.
    - Engaging with federated teams and end-users to understand their needs and continuously improve the solutions.

    Essential Skills/Experience:
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    - Extensive experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on IT Business Management.
    - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core platform capability principles and standard methodologies.
    - Demonstrable experience in leading technical teams for ServiceNow development projects.
    - Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other related technologies for ServiceNow development.
    - Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques and third-party integrations.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
    - ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
    - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

    Desirable Skills/Experience:
    Additional skills or experience relevant to the role would be advantageous.
