Job description:
• Receives adverse event, product complaint, medical information and/or other inquiries through phone calls, emails or voicemails
• Perform follow-up via phone, email or postal mail, as applicable
• Documents all information in respective forms or databases
• Initiate prepaid mailers if required
• Share closure letter responses, as applicable
• Sends cases to client point of contact
• Should have experience in international call handling.
Education: Qualified to a minimum bachelor's degree level in Bio sciences/B. Pharma/M. Pharma.
