Main Responsibilities

You'll be part of a close-knit Communications team and you'll enjoy an environment where people support and respect each other.

Communicating with over 2,000 people worldwide needs flexibility and cultural awareness, connecting people and making the medium serve the message.

You will enable this team to be effective by providing accurate and creative support in:

Helping manage the content and development of our SharePoint-based company intranet, the core platform for internal communications.
Supporting our Group translation, company mail and other internal comms operations

You will establish productive relationships and networks to build and maintain internal relationships; liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business.

Collaborate with and motivate virtual teams to ensure the delivery of successful campaigns to deadline. You will also need to be proactive in the adoption and promotion of company best practice.

What do we need from you?

An interest and ideally experience in marketing and communications.
Existing Microsoft SharePoint skills and experience.
Proven ability to create effective materials such as PowerPoint slides, Word documents, video and other creative media.
Strong written communication skills and effective personal communication
Attention to detail and great organisational skills
