    Position: Senior Relationship manager
    CTC:     4 LPA
    Experience: Graduate or minimum 12th Pass
    Location: Ahmedabad, Nadiad, Rajkot, Vapi
    Working-mode: On-site
    primary skills: Mortgage or LAP
    Qualifications: Graduate or minimum 12th Pass
    Job Description:

    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Graduate or minimum 12th Pass with 1 Years of experience in mortgage or LAP.

    Job Role and Responsibilities:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience is required in mortgage or LAP.
    • To Identify sales opportunities for mortgage & LAP.
    • Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
    • Generate leads for new business and customers.
    • Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction
    • Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network
    • Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices
    • Achieve sales targets
    • Maintain knowledge on products and services and assist to resolve customer queries

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Asset product and process knowledge
    • Ability to set priorities and deliver high standards of performance
    • Ability to use data and logic to convince others, to articulate with conviction, ability to effectively communicate in order to influence for the mortgage loan.
