Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist in organizing meetings and appointments, including scheduling conference rooms.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.(Freshers can also apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities and handle various situations calmly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of supply chain management or related fields (preferred but not required).
