Budgeting and Strategy:

Driving annual Budget and Strategy, Comparison of actual performance against the Budget and Strategy, Identifying and analyzing variance devise and monitor the implementation of necessary actions.

Margins, Return on Capital employed:
Closely working with Business teams for improvement of margin through Product mix, Pricing, and Cost optimization. Increase in return on capital employed through optimization of working capital and effective cash flow planning.

Business and Financial Analysis:
Analyzing impact for Decision making & computing ROI/ Payback period for investment in Existing products.

Monthly Closing:
Review of TB and managing timely closure of books of accounts with proper variance analysis.

Monitoring key five strategy matrix:
Suppliers (Optimum terms sourcing / Purchase), Customers (Segmentation, Brand power, Balance of power to get pricing power).

Treasury:

Engaging with Banks and Credit agencies for fund raising and credit rating, Preparation and monitoring of Cash flow and Fund flow.

Financial Statements & Consolidation:

Managing the timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts, Consolidation of Group accounts, Segment reporting, financial statements and annual reports, ensuring conformance to regulatory accounting standards.

System, Process and Policies:

Determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate continuous process improvements to ensure implementation of best practices.

Audit Control and compliance:
Engaging with Statutory and Internal auditors for timely and without any observation audit closure.

Transfer Price monitoring:

Managing timely Preparation of Transfer Pricing Financials as per section 92 of Income Tax act, 1961 and computation of arm's length price.

Business Planning, Forecasting:
Managing timely preparation and finalization of business forecasting and Comparison of actual performance against the forecasting.

Costing & Stock Valuation:
Preparation of Monthly, YTD, Annual, Quarterly costing of all products along with stock valuation as per Ind-As.
