    Description

    Role:- Business Manager- Retail. (IFB Points)

    Location: Bangalore.

    Responsibilities include Sales target achievement of IFB Points, Management of sales team/ reportees, Store Footfall management, Placement, Display, Sell out, Geography/ channel expansion & reach, and identifying & realizing opportunities for growth

    • Revenue generation as per budget from the geography responsible.
    • IFB Points profitability
    • Display & sell out of focus products (AC, KA, DW etc)
    • Coordination with CSRs /Retail Executives, resolve their issues, and ensure they deliver productivity as agreed.
    • Participate in the right hiring, Induction, regular training, and development of the team. Adherence to training calendar and coverage. Use of Collabo8 for self & team. Share feedback/observation of field team/CSRs with trainers and plan appropriate training interventions. Initiate R&R & motivate
    • Appropriate use of apps, portals & technology and ensuring team updates appropriately.
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Practice and ensure practice of IFB Customer Service Charter
    • Ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstration
    • Ensuring MOPs are adhered.
    • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales & marketing of products including Spice Secrets.
    • Ensure Maximum score on Store Audits
    • Ensure Store Hygiene and POP placement
    • Ensure opening of new stores in the assigned geography as per SOP.
    • Timely Reports on branch sales operations, sales results, business forecast & people indices if any.

    Industry Preferred: Consumer Durables, Apparel, Retail Industry

    Qualification & Skills: MBA in marketing

    Relevant Experience (for the position): at least 5 years in Retail Sales Operations
