    Role Summary: We are seeking a full-time Retail Store and Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance. This dual role, based in Bengaluru, focuses on enhancing store appeal, managing inventory, leading a sales team, and building strong community connections within the interior design and architectural sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement and Brand Representation: Educate architects and interior designers on our product range, represent Aumbre Story as a brand ambassador, and manage promotional activities to enhance product adoption.

    Sales and Performance Management: Drive sales by achieving targets through effective lead conversion and collaborations with in-house designers. Develop and maintain the sales pipeline by expanding the Architect and Interior Designers database and ensuring active engagement with the trade community.

    Operational Excellence: Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, maintain store presentation, and handle client requirements effectively to ensure client satisfaction. Generate daily sales and activity reports, prepare sales documentation, and manage financial transactions to maintain company health.

    Proactive Leadership: Solve problems proactively, maintain regular contact with clients and vendors, and take on additional responsibilities as required to ensure smooth store operations.

    Qualifications:

    Proven leadership and retail management experience, preferably in the home decor or soft furnishings sector.

    Strong track record in sales, with a deep passion for brand development.

    Established network of at least 20 architects and designers in Bangalore.

    Comprehensive understanding of soft furnishings and interior design.

    Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.

    Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.

    Results-oriented with expertise in inventory and financial management.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
