    Description

    Position: Network Engineer L2/L3

    Grade: Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager

    Location: Mumbai/Bangalore. Onsite

    Experience: L2: 4-6 years / L3: 8+ years

    Job Responsibilities

    • Experience in Cisco products like switches, routers, Access points and firewalls
    • Experience in checkpoint, Palo Alto, cisco ASA & Juniper firewalls
    • Worked on Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP
    • Worked on switching, VTP, STP etc.
    • Manage tickets & 2nd level support
    • Ensure the availability and continuity of network services in accordance with our contractual commitments (SLA)
    • Optimize the network performance and ensure adequate capacity planning
    • Perform regular assessment and tuning for the services & sites under his responsibility

    Primary Skill Set:

    • Advance Routing Protocols
    • WAN Technologies
    • Network LAN Technologies
    • Network Security, Monitoring, System Installation and Upgrades

    Experience:

    Experienced in Networking, mainly Switching, Routing, Firewall and Security

    Soft Skills:

    • Communication Skills (Speak, Read, Write)
    • player, Self-Starter and resourceful
    • & problem-solving skills
    • to Continually Learn
    • Player & People Management Skills

    Education:

    • Graduate, preferably from IT background
    • CCNA/CCNP Certified
