    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Product Manager based in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in technology and product development. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as product planning and development, market analysis, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in product launches. The Associate Product Manager will play a crucial role in utilize Figma to design and iterate on product UIs, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements and conducting thorough testing and product reviews post-development to ensure quality and readiness for market launch.

    Qualifications

    • Graduated with an MBA in Information Systems Management, M.Sc in Software Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
    • Storytelling: You must be skilled at narrating complex concepts.
    • Empathy for Customers: We value candidates who can truly put themselves in the customer's shoes.
    • Data Analytics: The ability to analyze and interpret data.
    • Understanding of UX: A profound understanding of user experience is crucial.
    • Research Skills: You should possess strong research abilities
    • Relevant certifications in Product Management are a plus
