Role - Academic Counselor

Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai.

  • Convert leads provided by the marketing and BTL teams into customers through
- effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the
- value and benefits of TechPaathshala's offerings.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving
- concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the customer conversion process and
- improve overall sales effectiveness.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
