    *Job Title :* Senior Team Leader (Night Shift)

    *Salary :* Up to 70,000 INR

    *Experience Required :* 5 to 7 years of experience in dental billing

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Noida, leading our night shift operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in dental billing and possess exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage and guide our team.

    *Key Responsibilities :*

    Lead and supervise a team of professionals during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.

    Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

    Oversee the dental billing process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Monitor team performance and productivity metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.

    Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive overall business success.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to dental billing, and ensure compliance within the team.

    *Qualifications :*

    Graduation in a relevant field.

    5 to 7 years of experience in dental billing, with a proven track record of success.

    Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

    Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in dental billing.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
