- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or technology-related environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including product managers and subject matter experts.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms.
- Leadership experience, including team management and mentorship.
- CPaaS or CXM background
- Proficient in Agile methodologies
- JIRA and ASANA experience a plus

Role Overview
As a Technical Writing Manager , you'll play a critical role in ensuring the technical accuracy of all Sprinklr documentation for customers and partners. You'llbuild a team of talented technical writers responsible for designing implementation guides, architecture guides, and developer documentation. You will also design Sprinklr's technical documentation style guide and ensure that it meets relevant standards for documentation. You will build policies around AI use. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our platform and help our clients understand the impact Sprinklr can bring to their business.
Responsibilities
1. Technical Accuracy : Ensure that all Sprinklr documentation is technically accurate, relevant, consistent, and aligned with industry best practices through constant reviews.
2. Team Leadership : Build and grow a team of skilled technical writers. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help them not just succeed but excel in their roles.
3. Content Strategy : Develop and execute a content strategy for various documentation types and audience needs, including implementation guides, architecture guides, AI guides, and developer documentation.
4. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to gather information and create high-quality and well-rounded technical content.
5. Quality Assurance : Hold our documentation to the highest standards. Ensure that your team reviews and edit documentations to maintain clarity, accuracy, and readability always.
6. Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to technical writing. Implement best practices to enhance the quality of our documentation. Attend conferences and lectures to ensure Sprinklr sets the standard for technical documentation.
