    Data Archivist / Data Manager

    We're seeking a detail-oriented and exceptionally organized candidate to join our team as a Data IO / Data Archivist specializing in Visual Effects (VFX), Animation, and Adaptation. Here's what you need to know:

    Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Chennai/Coimbatore

    This may be the right role for you if you have


    •Manage and upkeep data associated with visual effects, animation, and adaptation projects.


    •Ensure accurate archiving, organization, and accessibility of data for all team members.


    •Provide technical support and collaborate with departments like Editorial, Motion Design, VFX, and 3D.


    •Offer assistance, support, and maintain data integrity across the post-production facility.


    •Manage technical aspects like resolution and frame rate, overseeing checks on received content.


    •Work on the ingestion process.


    •Receive and prepare files for the data team, ensuring correct formats and information for operators.


    •Facilitate a seamless workflow, providing operators with necessary assets from correct shops to rushes.


    •Prevent issues on the backend, such as exporting in the wrong profile or codec, to avoid time wastage.

    •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


    •Passion for visual effects, animation, and adaptation.


    •Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.


    •Experience in data management and technical support is a plus.


    •Expertise with Shotgun, Shotgrid, and


    •Experience in media export, ingest QC, and encoding.
