    Role Description:


    The Investor Relations is responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Be responsible for creating appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics
    Be responsible for fund raising from Banks & NBFC.
    Provide a very compelling investor relations roadmap
    Foster relationships with industry analysts to ensure comprehensive coverage and positive visibility
    Cultivate strong relationships with key industry analysts, influencers, and thought leaders
    Work collaboratively with internal teams to gather relevant information and insights for analysts
    Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
    Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
    Manage equity research and investor relationships
    Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team
    Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
    Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
    Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
    Help prepare the company's Annual Report


    Competencies/ Skills:
    Knowledge of maintaining a relationship with Investors
    Good knowledge of business arithmetic and English
    Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions
    Require excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to get along well with others
    Ability to write legibly; Ability to meet and deal with the general public


    Qualification:
    A Bachelor's degree and MBA or CA certification.


    Years of experience:
    10 to 12 years in real estate sector
