    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Utilize SAQL and SOQL to perform advanced analytics and querying on Salesforce data, extracting valuable insights to drive business decisions and strategies.
    • Lead the integration of Salesforce data and external data sources into CRM applications, employing datasets and recipes to ensure comprehensive data coverage and accuracy.
    • Demonstrate strong skills in visualization design, creating intuitive and insightful dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets, including structured and unstructured data such as JSON, to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for optimization.
    • Administer, configure, and secure CRM Analytics within the Salesforce platform, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and permissions to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
    • Proven experience and proficiency in SAQL, SOQL, and Salesforce Analytics.
    • Strong expertise in integrating Salesforce data and external data into CRM applications using datasets and recipes.
    • Demonstrated skills in visualization design and dashboard development, with a keen eye for detail and usability.
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets, including structured and unstructured data.
    • Competence in administering, configuring, and securing CRM Analytics within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
