    HR & Operations Intern


    Job Description:

    As an HR & Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and people-focused initiatives of our rapidly expanding organization.

    This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both human resources and general office administration, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the fullcycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires
    • Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
    • Coordinate employee training and development programs
    • Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
    • Plan and execute company events and teambuilding activities
    • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and data entry
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally to identify and implement process improvements

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fastpaced environment
    • Demonstrated interest in human resources, office management, or operations
    • Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus
