    Description
    Sr Manager / AVP Partnership & Alliances - Unsecured Lending

    Designation:
    AVP/DVP - Partnership & Alliances

    Experience : 5+ yrs.


    • In business development or partnership management in NBFC, Bank or Fintech
    • Should be selfstarter, results details oriented
    • Flexibility to work in a startup environment and ability to solve problems.
    Education - Bachelor/ Master degree from a tier 1 college only.

    • Driving Digital partnership strategy and expanding Bank network for strategic alliances.
    • Responsible for maintaining existing alliances partnerships, developing and analysing potential partnerships and onboarding new ones.
    • Financial Due Diligence and Risk analysis of all the deals being entered into
    • Manage end to end partner relations including Pitching Negotiation. Contracting, Execution and monitoring.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as HUB, Product, Technology, Risk, Finance & Marketing to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis to seniors.
    • Achieving Annual operation plans on Business Nos.& Portfolio performance.
