    Description

    PDG (Productdevelopment Group) team is a liaison between OPS IT and other teamsfor taking up all IT Developmental activities ( regulatory/ nonregulatory). The team is involved in understanding sessions withthe relevant teams document the requirement capture test cases/scenarios conduct testing followup and ensure the live movement ofthe project. We also handle process improvement projects analysisand innovative tools like robotic processautomations.

    JobPurpose

    As a Business Analyst team leadthis role demands to coordinate with IT team for BAU /Newactivities Core role is to understand business requirement prepareBRD Test Cases & assist project manager Lead for go livestrategy. Act as SPOC between IT & Business. Intervene whereteam faces challenges review of BRD documents provide signoff

    JobResponsibilities:

    IdeationConceptualization Requirement & Process Mapping &documentation

    • Ensuressmooth functioning of all the activities involved in thedepartment.
    • Handlesa team of approximately 7members.
    • Analyzingthe competitors product proposition &pricing
    • Definingthe product/project road map and presenting it to senior Managementalong with Business case for ease of Prioritization & budgetapproval.
    • Preparationof Business requirement document (BRD) and use case basedFunctional Requirement
    • Document(FRD) with process flowdiagrams.
    • Takingconcurrence Inputs & sign off from IT Business Operations Risk&Compliance
    • Study ofAs Is process & defining To be Solution path for the identifiedpainAreas
    • Preparationof Process (PMC/CMC) note to capture processes along withresponsibleteam

    CCustomer Vendor Project/Product stakeholder Management andImplementation

    • GettingIn principle approval from Project Management Office PMO at initialphase
    • Leadingproject kick off meeting in order to define and introduce theproject team members their role and key deliverables along withtimelines
    • Influencingthe project stakeholders for defining scope/requirement inphasewise manner
    • Ensuringproper assessment of assumptions dependency and risks in order toplan and take appropriate remedial action whereverrequired
    • Shortlisting evaluation & recommendation of final vendor forapproval ofManagement.
    • Presentingproduct structure SOP impact analysis to Operation Risk Control(ORC) committee & Operation Process Control (OPC) committee.
    • Preparingthe Project plan and ensuring that Project milestones are achievedas per specified quality budget and timescales
    • Periodicalreporting of Project Snapshots to CEO & COO the company inconcisemanner
    • Ensuringthe successful production deployment & timely post productionsign off fromUsers
    • Leading& planning various UAT cycles and UATscenarios

    Golive strategy ofProjects/Products

    • Responsiblefor proposing pricing models offers & target customer segmentsto promote theproducts/services
    • Closelyworking with marketing team for various pre launch & postlaunchinitiatives
    • Tracking& driving the product performance (i.e. revenue No of clientsetc) through Sales Call n Trade and Onlinemarketing
    • Ensuringcustomer satisfaction in terms of user interface product features&processes

    CandidateProfile

    PostGraduate / Masters Degree with 3 years experience in ProjectManagement Quality Assurance Business Analysis ProductManagementUAT Operational Risk and StakeholderManagement.
