    Apollo XCM is looking for thebest Patient Relations Specialist who will be responsible forproviding excellent customer service to patients answering allphone calls / text messages and emails as well as facilitating andcoordinating communication between patients family members andmedical staff.

    What youll bedoing:
    • Scheduling patient appointments and making remindercalls.
    • Obtaining patients addresses contact details insuranceinformation and medical records.
    • Updating andverifying patient information.
    • Answering investigating and directingpatient requests to the appropriate medical staff member andfollowing up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint hasbeen satisfactorily resolved.
    • Performing administrative and clericalduties such as efiling paperwork entering payments issuing invoicesamong others.
    • Participating in the construction of standard operatingprocedures and making contributions to improve thoseestablished.

    Requirements

    Minimum education requirements:Professional degree or Technologist degree RelevantExperience
    • A strong proficiency of both verbal / written English.The required English level is C1 or above. This is a MUST since100% of communications will be in English.
    • Experience working asa Patient Representative Executive Assistant Front Desk agentwithin the Hospitality or Travel agency industry Customer Servicerepresentative or agent in BPO.
    • Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
    • Focus on customerservice.
    • Enjoys working withpeople.
    • Meticulous attention todetail.
    • Ability to workindependently and proactively.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment anddemonstrate exceptional multitasking.
    • Understanding of startupculture.


    Benefits

    • Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m or from 9a.m to 6 p.m (Central Standard Time) but hours can beadjusted
