    We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at PH1 Industries Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with customers.     Key Responsibilities:

    Taking charge of weekly and monthly sales reporting

    Maintaining opportunities and account details in ERP

    Providing support to the sales team for proposal building

    Coordinating with field engineers and customers

    Handling quotations, proposals, and payment recovery

    Addressing customer queries and providing product information

    Tracking sales orders and reporting to the concerned head

    Qualifications:

    Diploma (Required)

    B.Tech in EEE, Mechanical, Instrumental (Preferred)

    0-1 year of experience

    Positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly

    Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
