Primary Role &Responsibilities Develop future roadmap and strategy for thedigitization of the Bank existing and new productoffering.
Conceptualize innovations and productdevelopment seek business & cost approvals from seniormanagement for the same.
Develop manage and overseeexecution of all product development / enhancement projectsincluding approvals of BRDs FSDs and other stakeholderapprovals
Manage overall relationship with internalstakeholders like various Business Heads IT Information SecurityRisk Compliance etc. for product development
DeepKnowledge of Bharat Bill Payments Products
Provenleadership skill with team handling experience
GoodCommunication & Writing Skills (Must) Core Skills &Qualifications MBA from reputed college. Digital Bankingcertifications would be an added advantage
Overallexperience of 8 years preferably in the BFSI / Corporate Paymentdomain with specific experience in Corporate Internet BankingMobile App implementation
Have understanding andexperience in setting up Corporate Digital solutionrequirements
Have worked in designing and buildingCorporate Digital or Payment solutions
Experience andsolid understanding of digital design/UX principlesprototyping/wire framing tools design principles etc.
Experience in conceptualizing and releasing successful products inmobility & online domain both for retail & corporateusers
Strong understanding of all financial products andservices
