    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an AV-Project Engineer in Bengaluru and Kerala. The AV-Project Engineer will be responsible for communication, project management, project engineering, project planning, and electrical engineering tasks. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage AV projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery. The engineer will also be involved in technology transition, life-cycle management, and global service delivery management.

    Qualifications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven project management experience
    • Technical expertise in project engineering and planning
    • Knowledge of electrical engineering principles
    • Ability to coordinate international technology procurement and logistics
    • Familiarity with international vendor discounting frameworks
    • Experience in managing and supporting international implementation and support
    • Ability to provide helpdesk and support services
    • Experience in multi-currency transactions
    • Understanding of Vega Group's "Think Global, Act Local" service delivery approach
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
