Business responsibilities:
Lead revenue from Social media as channel driving core marketing metrics -ROAS, COS, COA, ROI.
Brand Storytelling and Content strategy development: Drive brand storytelling by leading content strategy for the brand across different social media platforms which is unique, platform specific, connected.
SOCIAL
Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule
Driving MoM growth for the Community on FB, Instagram, and other channels
Oversee ORM - Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Work closely with the performance marketing team write content to meet campaign objectives Help develop the brand voice and develop content for social avenues Running periodic social brand audits.
Community-first Approach - Ability to think from the relationship between the brand and audience base to develop the entire strategy to build a vibrant community supporting the project.
Lead in-the moment marketing and to look at avenues to create viral social content Manage logistics for podcast, run LinkedIn Live, Twitter Spaces etc.
CONTENT
Understand and shape the role content plays in each step of the customer lifecycle from building awareness to educating about the company, to converting website visitors to customers, and turning customers into advocates.
Come up with innovative creative and effective video ideas for UGC, Localized & influencer content Seed branded content into social networks.
INFLUENCER
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
Should be able to negotiate with influencers in terms of content deliverables
Should have experience in barter association with influencers
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
Source, develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns
Identify nano, micro, and macro influencers and thought leaders
Build exclusive partnerships with influencers
Negotiate and contract influencers based on campaigns
Report on influencer performance - organic and paid
Project manage influencer campaigns from initial response through to post-campaign reporting, including campaign activation, talent and content creation
Manage campaign budget and ensure campaign profitability, deadlines and key milestones are met.
Skills for the role:
Bachelor's/PG degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline
Handling B2C and B2B content marketing initiatives Expertise in handling influencer marketing for multi format campaigns across social channels
A good grasp of the different social media insights dashboards (Meltwater, Upfluence, Oppurtune)
Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines
Hands on experience in content management
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Can art direct videographers and graphic designers.
Experience working with customers to create co-branded content
Ability to work collaboratively with teams across marketing channels
Affinity in setting up, reviewing and optimizing processes Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc
Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
