    Description

    Job Summary:

    As the Marketing Head for Apparel Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the brand's presence, drive customer engagement, and maximize revenue.

    You will lead a team of creative professionals to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience, reinforce brand identity, and cultivate brand loyalty.


    Responsibilities:

    Developing Marketing Strategy:

    • Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brand's objectives, target audience, and market trends.
    • Identify growth opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility and market share.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

    Store Marketing & Communications:

    • Devise & strategize activations & experiences to increase store footfall on a monthly basis.
    • Liase with social & store teams for store related shoots / influencer events etc.
    • GMB update for all stores.
    • Liase with Malls, Internal Stake Holders & Media Partners for Offline Branding
    • Develop & execute marketing communications & experiential brand strategies for New Store Opening & sustenance (On ground + Media)
    • Liase with Mall teams for Branding support towards New Store Opening

    Brand Positioning and Identity:

    • Define and maintain the brand's positioning, values, and identity in all marketing initiatives.
    • Oversee the development of brand assets, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, to ensure consistency across all channels.

    Campaign Management:

    • Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and effectiveness.

    Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) Activities:

    • Develop and oversee ATL campaigns, including television, print, radio, and outdoor advertising, to reach a broad audience and enhance brand visibility.
    • Coordinate BTL activities such as in-store promotions, experiential marketing events, and direct mail campaigns to engage customers on a more personal level and drive conversion.
    • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute ATL and BTL initiatives effectively, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of ATL and BTL activities, leveraging insights to optimize future campaigns and maximize return on investment.

    Skills for the role:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 10 Plus years of experience in marketing roles in luxury retail or premium consumer goods.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and profitability.
    • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
