Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service


Job Responsibilities:
2 Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

3 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

4 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

5 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

6 Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and identify areas for improvement.

7 Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company.


Qualifications:
1 Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.

2 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

3 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

4 Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

5 Ability to work well in a team environment.

6 Bachelor's Degree.
