    Job Description

    Role Summary:

    This is a dual reporting role, reporting into both the Global Commercial
    Director and the ES regional structure. As the Regional Commercial Manager,
    you will be the main interface and support to the region ensuring global
    consistency in deal review and approvals processes, driving profitable growth
    through ensuring opportunities are focused on the regional and the global
    commercial prioritise, supporting the development of suitable commercial
    strategies with consideration to the execution plan and maximising the WTS
    value proposition through products and services.

    Essential Responsibilities / Expectations:

    1.Providing commercial direction on opportunities to align them with the ES
    global and your regions priorities especially focusing on deal structuring,
    commercial strategy, scope of supply, execution model, value generation,
    long term service tails and pricing.
    2. Drive growth and profitable opportunities by challenging the teams to
    expand the WTS portfolio offering and market pricing.
    3. Create a culture of customer centricity built on best practices through
    value generation, industry and application knowledge and expertise and
    humility and empathy for the customer.
    4. Support the regional teams to identify, evaluate, prioritize and mitigate
    business risks (performance, contractual, execution, etc.), owning
    associated deal reviews.
    5. Be an advocate of combined T&S and Service deals and be a coordinator of
    such deals.
    6. Chair global Win calls as required.
    7. Bid management of key global deals as required.
    8. Identifying training and coaching opportunities with the region teams
    around commercial strategy and risk evaluation.
    9. Coach, mentor, develop, and manage the performance of direct and
    indirect staff in support of profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
    10. Provide training and coaching to the regional team as needed.

    Educational Qualification:

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

    Key Skills required (must haves – certifications/ know- how):

    Must Have
    1. Previous experience in extended-scope structured projects long-term
    services; water outsourcing contracts; projects with financing

    2. Excellent Customer Focus – Shows commitment to customer success,

    trends.
    3. Commitment to execution - detail-oriented and takes a planned,
    thoughtful and structured approach.

    opportunities with diverse teams across the globe, not always with the
    same metrics.
    2. Entrepreneurial Spirit – Conceptual proactive thinker with a demonstrated
    ability to think outside the box. Ability to identify a problem, obstacle or
    opportunity and take necessary actions to resolve a problem.
    3. Engaged Leader - believes in getting to know people, provides feedback
    proactively and helps others be successful.
