Our company is a worldwide leader in providing technology solutions to Retail and Restaurant industries.

Some of our clients need help desk support service for the Point-Of-Sale software that they have deployed at thousands of retail stores.


Responsibilities:


  • Accept international customer calls in a high volume environment.
  • Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide customer assistance
  • Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
  • Escalate issues to the next Tier with the next level of difficulty
  • Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to work under high pressure environment

Qualifications:


  • Minimum degree of in any field (BCA, DCA, etc.)
  • 1 to 5 years of experience working in a Customer Support/ Call Center/ BPO Environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with mínimal notice. The work will mostly be in night shifts.
  • Proficiency with a Point-OfSale software or other software is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent oral communication skills (ENGLISH) this is most important
  • Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
  • Selfmotivated with very good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.

Salary:
₹200, ₹360,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (required)
