    Duties andResponsibilities:

    Coordinating andparticipating in internal and external audits to ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements industry standards and companypolicies.
    Developing implementing and monitoring qualitycontrol procedures and protocols to enhance product quality andsafety

    Conducting regular inspections and evaluations ofproduction processes equipment and facilities to identify areas forimprovement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

    Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to address qualityrelatedissues implement corrective and preventive actions and providetraining and guidance on quality assurance practices.

    Performing routine inspections and tests on incoming raw materialsinprocess products and finished goods to ensure adherence toquality specifications.

    Monitoring production processesand equipment to identify and address deviations from qualitystandards while assisting with data compilation reporting and SQFMaintenance.

    Maintaining HACCP and Food Safety Plans tomitigate food safety risks throughout the manufacturing processserving as the PCQI to oversee preventive controls and manage foodsafety hazards.

    Managing corrective actions to improveproduct quality and safety including identifying issues developingeffective solutions and ensuring timely implementation.
    Documenting actions analyzing data and engaging with customers toaddress complaints investigate root causes and ensure satisfactoryresolution.

    Working closely with procurement and supplychain teams to evaluate and monitor suppliers and vendors ensuringquality and safety standards compliance.

    Supporting theQuality Assurance Manager in responding to qualityrelatedemergencies product withdrawals/recalls or crisis situations andmaintaining accurate records of quality assuranceactivities.

    Actively participating in continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance quality processes optimizeefficiency and reduce waste throughout the productionprocess.
    Assisting in operations and inventorymanagement including supporting production and warehouse activitiesalongside the Supply Chain Supervisor.
    Providingseasonal agronomic support including seed warehousing anddistribution assisting in field and crop inspections andfacilitating grower communications.

    RequiredSkills/Abilities:

    Associates or bachelorsdegree in a related field.
    Certification as a PreventiveControls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and HACCP.
    Strongworking knowledge of GFSI level programs standards and food safetyregulations.
    Experience in quality control qualityassurance and food manufacturing.
    Excellent attention todetail and accuracy with documentation andrecordkeeping.
    Proficient in quality control methodsinspections testing and data analysis.
    Strong listeningand communication skills both verbal and written.
    Analytical mindset with problemsolving skills to identify rootcauses and resolve quality issues.
    Exceptionalorganizational skills with meticulous attention to detail inreporting.
    Proficiency in ERPS Microsoft Officeapplications data management software and supplier programs likeTraceGains.
    Ability to operate laboratory equipmenteffectively.
    Ability to work independently or in a teamenvironment prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesand business needs.
    Adaptability to work in varyingenvironmental conditions including indoor and outdoor settings withexposure to hot and cold climates.
    Capability to sit andstand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds asrequired.
