Responsibilities:
Lead Generation II Site Visits
- Evaluate a client's needs to help them buy/rent/sell properties and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation
- Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders
- Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes
- Develop relationships with clients, builders and brokers to increase performance
